Wooo Chile! Get ya mind Right!!

I Haven't been here in weeks! Mentally that is, Physically, im right here! So, whats new since I last Blogged? Well, I turned 29! yayyy meee! Thank all of you for the Happy Birthday wishes. I must admit, I suffered exteme mood swings, mixed emotions and confusion surrounding my birthday. People have assumed it is because I am getting older. No, thats not so much it, its more that Im getting older and still havent reached my personal Goals. I dont mind being 29. So what im almost 30, I joke that I dont wanna get older, but really, I dont mind. What bothers me most is how much of my time I've wasted on things that did not directly move me in the direction that I wanted my life to go.

Ya girl had a 5 year plan, yep, and a 10 year plan, yep, and a bunch of little plans along the way. But what I did not have was faith in myself. Without Faith, I can achieve nothing. So many times, I lose my train of thought, my momentum and my focus. Its a struggle everyday to just keep the same train of thought in a conversation.
Theres a song "Encourage Yourself" by Donald Lawrence and the Tri- City Singers.
Its was sung at my church and it pops into my head everynow and then. It helps to get me back on track, event though Im still not fully there. I aint were I wanna be, but I aint where I used to be, so bear with me.. but anyway, just to share a lil something with yall, a nugget of encouragement.

Encourage Yourself
